Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Using evidence-based techniques like joint mobilization, dry needling, and exercise prescription, we create personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce discomfort. Patients benefit from one-on-one consultations with experienced physiotherapists who combine hands-on therapy with education on injury prevention and self-management strategies.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy utilizes our specialized Swimex pool for low-impact rehabilitation. The warm water environment supports joint movement while resistance aids muscle strengthening. Supervised sessions cater to post-surgical recovery, arthritis management, and general rehabilitation, with programs tailored to individual needs. Independent use is available after initial assessment to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Remedial Massage
Remedial massage targets muscle dysfunction through deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. Our therapists address sports injuries, chronic pain, and postural imbalances using techniques like cupping and hot stone therapy. Sessions promote circulation, reduce tension, and accelerate healing while offering relaxation benefits for overall wellness.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates focuses on core stability and controlled movements to improve posture, flexibility, and strength. Led by qualified physiotherapists, sessions use specialized equipment to address back pain, rehabilitation needs, and musculoskeletal conditions. Programs progress from gentle exercises to advanced movements, ensuring safe and effective recovery tailored to individual capabilities.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy treats chronic soft tissue injuries like plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow through targeted acoustic waves. This non-invasive treatment stimulates healing and reduces pain, often showing results within three sessions. Administered by experienced physiotherapists, it's integrated with complementary therapies like joint mobilization and exercise prescription for comprehensive care.
