Service and Expertise

Issues and Disputes
However, one reviewer, R. La, had a poor experience with the practice. They reported receiving poorly made retainers, which broke within two months, and were told to wear broken retainers without any assurance that their teeth would not move. The reviewer was also unhappy with the inconsistent advice given about the types of retainers available and felt pressured to make a decision on the spot without being given adequate time to consider the options.
