It was later owned by Doctor Shepherd, a well-known surgeon in SA, who consulted and lived in Cockburn House for thirty years. Today, Warren and Jane Luckraft maintain and run the bed and breakfast, welcoming guests to experience the romance and excitement of staying in one of the region's truly iconic dwellings.
