Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists, graduates of the University of Sydney, specialise in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation. They provide accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment programs, combining manual therapy, taping, and functional rehabilitation. With expertise in ankle, knee, shoulder, and spinal injuries, our team ensures effective recovery for patients ranging from elite athletes to individuals with everyday strains.
Shockwave Therapy
Radial Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) delivers non-invasive treatment for chronic musculoskeletal pain. Using high-energy pneumatic percussions, this therapy stimulates cellular activity to accelerate healing for conditions like plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, and calcific shoulder tendinopathy. Typically requiring 3-5 sessions, it offers cumulative pain relief and tissue remodelling without surgery.
Splinting & Casting
We provide waterproof fibreglass casting and thermoplastic splints for hand, wrist, and foot injuries. Our Exo fracture braces combine cast-like support with splint functionality, while removable splints allow for exercise and re-moulding. These solutions ensure mobility during recovery while protecting injured areas.
Braces
Functional orthopaedic braces support recovery after surgery or traumatic injuries. We supply ankle, knee, wrist, and elbow braces that protect during rehabilitation and enable a safe return to sport or daily activities, tailored to individual mobility needs.
Courses for Physios
Matthew Stewart, a Specialist Sports Physiotherapist with 25+ years of experience, leads courses on foot/ankle and knee rehabilitation. These programs combine functional anatomy, clinical diagnosis, and manual therapy techniques, equipping physiotherapists with practical skills to implement immediately in patient care.
