Our podiatrist, Paul Ledger, has extensive experience in treating people of all ages, from children to adults, with a range of foot and nail care needs. From general podiatry services to specialist care for clients with diabetes, arthritis, and other injuries of the foot and lower limb, we aim to provide a patient-centred approach to healthcare.

Our Story

Paul's journey as a podiatrist began when he was working in Intensive Care as a registered nurse. He was struck by how foot pathology could affect the whole body and slow down rehabilitation. This experience sparked his interest in podiatric medicine, and he went on to graduate with Distinction from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Podiatry) in 2012. Paul has since gained extensive experience in high-risk diabetic foot clinics, surgical clinics, foot pain clinics, and general podiatry services.

Our Services

At Ledger Podiatry, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to get you moving and relieve your sore feet. Our services include:

• Foot pain management: We assess, diagnose, and treat medical conditions and injuries of the lower limb, using treatments such as soft tissue and joint mobilization, taping and strapping, exercise and stretching programs, and orthotic therapies.
• Orthotics: We design and fit custom-made orthotics to redistribute pressure, alleviate pain, and improve mobility.
• General podiatry: We provide routine foot care, including nail trimming, callus removal, and foot hygiene.
• Specialist care: We provide specialist care for clients with diabetes, arthritis, and other injuries of the foot and lower limb.
