Manufactured Housing Estate (MHE) Land Lease Developments
Botanica Lifestyle Resort is a collection of 350 dwellings, featuring two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and one-bedroom duplex designs. These homes are specifically designed and built on-site to be re-locatable, as per the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003. Along with the dwellings, we've built 5-star central facilities, including an international-standard clubhouse with cinema, oversized country kitchen and bar, gaming rooms, dining rooms, library, office of operations for the resort managers, resort pool, tennis court, and gym, community garden, and chicken coop.
