Accommodation and Amenities
The apartments were described as fabulous, spacious, and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, big TV, comfy lounge, and a large bathroom and laundry. The open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area was impressive, and the balcony was a great feature. The beds and linen were comfortable, and the apartments had everything guests needed for a great holiday.
Location
The location of the apartments was ideal, right in the heart of Kiama, with a short walk to beaches, sea pools, parks, and eateries. Guests appreciated the proximity to Woolworths, and the convenience of having a supermarket nearby. The apartments were also close to restaurants and pubs, with a great Indian restaurant literally next door.
Service and Staff
Some guests mentioned that the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Nathan, who was extremely helpful and communicative. However, one guest noted that there was no staff present during check-in and check-out, which was a minor issue.
Value for Money
Many guests mentioned that the apartments were great value for money, with one guest stating that it was the best value in the area.
Minor Issues
A few guests mentioned some minor issues, such as noisy fan motors, minor remedial works needed, and no milk provided with the complimentary tea and coffee. One guest also mentioned that the housekeepers wanted them to check out 15 minutes early, which was not appreciated.
