Our History
Raclo Remote Control was established by Ray Clough (hence the name RA CLO) in 1980, when he perceived a need for automation to be added to quality driveway gates. Over the years, our company has undergone significant advances, including the development of a significant database, emphasis on quality service, training, and quality workmanship, identifying and maintaining a focus on a particular market, and developing people and people relationships.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to cater to the needs of our residential and commercial clients. Our services include:
- AUTOMATIC GATE INSTALLATION: Our experienced fabricator/blacksmith custom makes each gate to meet our clients' unique requirements. We also install accessories such as code pads, intercom systems, and access control equipment.
- SERVICE & SUPPORT: We provide a free 6-month and 12-month warranty service after installation. We also offer general service on all types of gate operating equipment, as well as ongoing scheduled maintenance arrangements to service our clients' gate operators, electronic controls, and locking mechanisms.

We are committed to providing the highest quality equipment and service to our clients. We have all necessary covers, including Public Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance, Green Cards for all technicians, Department of Fair Trading Licence, and OH & S "Work Safety" procedures in place.
Our Location
Our workshop and showroom are located in Gladesville, an ideal location for servicing the Sydney market. We have a showroom where we can demonstrate our products and distribute various gate accessories.
