Our Story
Located in Coffs Harbour, Ventoux Cycles is a family-owned business with a long history of serving residents and visitors to the beautiful Coffs Coast. Our large showroom enables us to stock the biggest range of bikes and accessories on the Mid North Coast. We cater to all standards of cyclist, whether you're just starting out, a casual cruiser, a shredder or a road warrior, our friendly staff are there to help you. We have a fully equipped workshop with experienced, qualified mechanics to take care of your ride. We work on all brands, from the deadliest treadly to the latest carbon eye candy. Whatever grinds your gears, we can help.
Our Services
At Ventoux Cycles, we offer a range of services to keep your bike in top condition. Our workshop is staffed by experienced, MTA qualified mechanics who can get you back on your bike in no time with efficient servicing. We offer three levels of service: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Our Bronze service includes a pre-race safety check, gear and brake function check, tyre check, and a general safety check. Our Silver service includes brake and gear cable tensioning, wheel truing, and a general safety check. Our Gold service includes brake and gear cable replacement, wheel truing, and a full bike clean.
In addition to our service levels, we also offer other services, including fork suspension re-builds, rear shock air can service, brake bleeding and pad replacement, eBike diagnostics, Di2 diagnostics and firmware upgrade, and parts and accessories fitting.
