We also assist with mortgages, subdivisions, off-the-plan sales and purchases, overseas investors, transfers between related parties, caveats lodged and withdrawn, and pre-purchase contract reviews and general expert advice.

Our Team
Our operators are experienced, trained, and qualified. We have four highly experienced conveyancers each with around twenty years of conveyancing experience. Trevor Skinner, the owner and principal of Lexus Conveyancing, has a broad background in real estate and conveyancing. He is a licensed conveyancer and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) and is an associate member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victorian Division). Julie Pugh, the founder of Lexus Conveyancing, has had a long involvement in the industry, commencing in South Melbourne in 1981. She holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing). Chanel Horn and Misha Bardi are also part of our team, with Chanel specialising in purchase conveyancing and Misha handling our accounts.

Prospective purchasers should seek advice on a Vendor's Statement and the terms of any contract. At Lexus Conveyancing, we can help you understand what planning restrictions apply, what building regulations mean, and how they might affect you. We can also draw your attention to any easements or encumbrances that affect the title. Additionally, we can advise you on how to make a formal offer to purchase a property. Once you have made an offer, we will review the Contract and Section 32 Statement and obtain searches of the Title and the necessary rate, planning, and other certificates. We will liaise with your financier to arrange the funding for the settlement, and we will do everything needed to efficiently transfer the property into your name.
