Our Team

Our principal physiotherapist, Rosemary Gaddes, has extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, specializing in treating acute and chronic pain conditions, spinal dysfunction, sports injuries, and dance injuries. Her expertise is backed by a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland. Our senior physiotherapists, Ruchika and Duncan, bring a wealth of experience in occupational health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, respectively. Stella, our senior physiotherapist, is an expert in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with extensive private practice experience in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

- Subsequent Consultation: $115

We also offer a range of classes designed to promote physical fitness, strength, and flexibility. Our classes are taught by qualified physiotherapists and cater to individuals of all fitness levels. Our current class schedule includes Beginner Yoga, Pilates Mat Class, and Balance Class.
