Terrible Experience
Author Leon had a terrible experience with Aptus Plumbing & Gas. A work order to unblock a kitchen sink was put in on a Friday morning, but the plumber failed to show up. Despite several calls to chase up the plumber, no updates were provided. A different plumber was sent on Monday and was unable to unblock the drain, promising to return the following Tuesday. Leon then contacted another plumber who fixed the issue in 10 minutes.
