Excellent Accommodation and Service
The reviewers have shared their wonderful experiences with the accommodation and service provided. The Residence was described as excellent by Julie Learoyd, and the Accommodation Centre was very helpful and easy to work with. Kalakellie Barnett stated that they had the most amazing experience with the team, who support people with disability the best way they can. Edwin Goodman was extremely pleased with all aspects of his holiday, including the friendly and efficient service, excellent accommodation, and lovely and peaceful surroundings.
Disappointing Experience
However, Janise Neville had a horrendous experience, giving the accommodation a low rating of 1 star. She expressed concerns about the unfriendly property manager, unclean BBQ, lack of oven, and rusty hotplate. The construction next door was also a significant issue, causing hernieous noise from 6:45 am to 3:30 pm daily. Unfortunately, this experience ruined their 50th anniversary celebration.
Slightly Disappointing
Kylie Brennan gave a rating of 4 stars, stating that the accommodation had everything they needed, but it was a bit far from Hervey Bay, where they had to be for a Junior State cup event.
