Negative: Unfair treatment, poor leadership, worst experience

Unfair Treatment

Aussie Webb, a dissatisfied customer, took to the platform to express their outrage at the unfair treatment they witnessed while working with Kerri. According to Aussie, Kerri was responsible for a major mistake that led to the termination of a staff member. However, despite being at fault, Kerri refused to accept responsibility and instead chose to punish someone else for their own mistake.

Poor Leadership

Aussie's review highlights poor leadership and a lack of accountability from Kerri. It's clear that Aussie feels that Kerri failed to take ownership of their actions and instead pushed the blame onto someone else. This behavior is unacceptable and can have long-lasting negative effects on a team's morale and productivity.
