Our Journey
Our story began with Keith and Gay Kennedy, who founded President Turf on 15 acres of land at Windsor in 1972. In 1987, their son Shane joined the business, followed by their daughter Sharon a few years later. Shane eventually took over the reins of the company in 2016, with Sharon handling the administrative side of things. Today, we own and farm over 60 hectares of premium lawn turf, primarily located on the Peninsula at Windsor, with another farm situated at Wilberforce. Our farms are predominantly made up of Sir Walter Premium Buffalo, with Sir Grange Zoysia, TifTuf Bermuda, Nullarbor Couch, and Eureka Kikuyu also available for delivery to the Sydney Metropolitan area.
