Situated at 274 Rawdon Island Rd, Sancrox, our garden centre is just a 12-minute drive from Port Macquarie. With 35 years of experience in the nursery industry, John van der Ley is a seasoned horticulturist whose love for plants began in childhood. His extensive background in horticulture and botany, coupled with his experience teaching horticulture at Ryde TAFE, make him an invaluable resource for our customers.

Carol Goulding - Owner & Cafe Manager

Growing up in the Sunraysia area of Victoria, Carol Goulding developed a lifelong passion for horticulture. Her various roles in sales, marketing, and fashion floral art have been instrumental in the expansion of the nursery and the development of our cafe. As cafe manager and function coordinator, Carol is dedicated to providing friendly advice, excellent service, and delectable dishes at the Lakeside Cafe.

As the longest-standing member of our team, Cherie S. has seen it all. With 20 years of experience at Abundance Garden Centre, she has a wealth of knowledge in propagation and plant care. In her spare time, Cherie enjoys gardening, playing soccer, and spending time with her family.
