Staff and Service
La'Deejah and DeLisha: Praise for their excellent service, friendly demeanor, and professionalism. They made customers feel comfortable and did an excellent job with their locs.
Shakeyta: Received both positive and negative feedback. One customer was thrilled with her work, but another customer had a terrible experience, including a no-show and a lie about attending the appointment.
Other Staff: Some customers reported issues with unskilled and slow locticians, poor communication, and a confrontational attitude from one stylist.
Pricing and Value
