Positive Experiences
The majority of the reviews praise the clinic for their excellent service, hands-on approach, and professional staff. Carina, a physiotherapist at the clinic, is consistently mentioned as being superb, knowledgeable, and caring. The clinic's ability to think outside the box and provide personalized treatment plans is also highly commended.
Negative Experiences
One reviewer, Seeyou Through, had a disappointing experience due to complications with their workcover forms. They felt handled poorly by the therapist, who used a condescending tone and failed to recognize the opportunity to provide genuine support and service.
Fees and Consultation
Melanie Lewis was not impressed with the short consultation time and high fees. She felt that the $101 charge for 35 minutes of consultation, including massage, diagnosis, and taping, was excessive. She also mentioned that the price was not justified and has been quoted higher prices elsewhere for longer consultations.
