Positive Experience
The majority of reviews are extremely positive, with patients commending the centre for its world-class chiropractic care, the expertise of the chiropractors, and the friendly and accommodating reception staff.
Dissatisfaction
However, one patient had a terrible experience, feeling duped and taken for a ride. Despite being promised a free 10-minute consultation with Dr. Brett, they were only seen by Dr. Carsen, who failed to provide any treatment or assessment. The patient was charged $85 for the initial consultation and was told they would need to pay again for a follow-up appointment. This experience was marked by confusion, frustration, and poor communication.
