The overall experience at this establishment was quite satisfactory, with the staff receiving high praise for their helpfulness. Staff Performance
Julian Stedman, a satisfied customer, gave the staff a big thankyou, highlighting their exceptional service. However, he also pointed out some areas for improvement, specifically the limited amenities in the drivers' room. A TV and a coffee machine would greatly enhance the comfort and convenience of drivers.
Room for Improvement
The drivers' room needs some upgrading to provide a more pleasant and relaxing environment. A TV would be a welcome addition, allowing drivers to pass the time and unwind. Additionally, a coffee machine would provide a much-needed caffeine boost.
