Damages and Denial
I had a company vehicle lose something out the back of the vehicle and hit my car causing damages. They happily denied that the vehicle had nothing in the back and have not been helpful what so ever with the incident.
Frustrating Repair Experience
Had a young technician out to sort our bar fridge. He'd never heard of the brand before. Spent several hours on the phone to his boss and his boss' boss. After a long while, he diagnosed a blown relay. He'd never seen the part before. He asked that I purchase the part on eBay and get him to come back when it arrived. When the part arrived, he came back and spent a few more hours on his phone. He then explained that he'd brought the wrong fan out with him and would have to come back the next day. He said we could buy it for $50 or he'd sort it for $60. He came back the next day - talked on the phone some more and put a new fan in. After another phone call to the office, we were slugged even more for the return visit than the initial session. We were also then charged $110 for the part we were told was half that cost. In the end, we could replaced the fridge entirely for a few more hundred dollars. All this to sort a small relay. We asked a few times for an itemised invoice but never received one. My wife is furious (they wanted cash on the day). Wasn't a great experience and would not recommend.
