Quality of Work
The quality of work at Warpac has been mixed, with some reviewers praising excellent quality and others experiencing disappointing results. Preben Mindamarra and Tanya Mcgrath both had excellent experiences with their trailer full axle rebuild and towbar installation, respectively. On the other hand, Rowan McNab was unhappy with the quality of workmanship on his towbar installation, citing crooked plates and bolts installed at an angle.
Customer Service
Customer service also had its highs and lows. Preben Mindamarra and Kerry Braid both mentioned excellent service, with Preben praising helpful advice and Kerry's issue being resolved quickly. However, Rowan McNab had a poor experience, citing poor phone service and a lack of apology or concern when his order was delayed. Anja Avrashkov did not mention any issues with customer service, and Mark Henderson did not comment on it.
Price
Pricing was not a major issue for most reviewers, with some mentioning reasonable prices or not commenting on it at all. Mark Henderson did mention a reasonable price for the work performed on his MDC, while Kerry Braid mentioned that the work did not break the bank.
