Staff and Service
The staff at the barber shop have received praise for their experience, meticulousness, and attentiveness. They are skilled and knowledgeable about hair, which has led to many customers leaving with great haircuts. Some customers have also appreciated the great coffee served at the shop.
Booking and Communication
However, there have been issues with communication and booking. One customer expressed frustration at not being informed that the shop is appointment-only, leading to confusion and delays. It was suggested that the shop could improve by displaying signs or communicating this information more clearly.
Facilities and Setup
The shop's setup has been praised for being well-organized and welcoming. The upstairs area, referred to as the "shed", has been described as a great place for a quick trim.
Haircuts and Styling
While some customers have been very happy with their haircuts, one customer had a negative experience. They felt that the stylist, who was from Ukraine, lacked knowledge and skill, leading to a poor haircut that required a visit to a different salon.
