Customer Service Experience
The customer service experience with Marksman Homes has been a mixed bag. Some customers have had a frustrating experience with delayed responses, while others have been impressed with the prompt and efficient service.
Initial Enquiries and Follow-up
One customer expressed disappointment with the slow response to their initial enquiry, taking four days to receive a response, and even then, it took another day or so for someone to contact them. This customer felt that if it was this difficult to get in touch before signing a contract, it would be even harder to get assistance afterwards.
Post-Construction Service
On the other hand, one customer was extremely impressed with the service they received two years after construction. They reported minor defects in their Marksman home and were astonished to have them fixed promptly, along with a few additional issues that the builder identified.
Custom Building Solutions
Marksman Homes has also been praised for its willingness to take on unique building projects, such as constructing on a slope of 5m. While other builders may have been hesitant, Marksman Homes was eager to take on the challenge and provided the customer with a detailed quote for the project.
