Room Quality and Comfort
All reviewers have praised the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, with some mentioning specific improvements such as comfortable beds and showers. Service and Staff
However, a number of reviewers have reported poor service from the owners/managers. Natalie Heinemann reported that the person running the place showed "no interest in providing a great service". Katrina Bergh was shocked by the manager's aggressive and abusive behavior when she requested a room that wasn't available. Ashley Bergh also reported similar experiences, including the manager's threats of calling the police and refusal to remove their credit card information from the records.
Booking and Check-in

Katrina Bergh was not assigned the room she booked, and Ashley Bergh's wife was informed that the room she booked was not available. Natalie Heinemann's booking was also not acknowledged, leading to a lack of evidence of her reservation when she arrived.
