Our Locations
We have two convenient locations on the Gold Coast, one in Tweed Heads and the other in Southport. Both practices are open five days a week and are easily accessible by public transport. We're located just minutes from a bus stop and the Tweed Heads NSW Hospital.
Patient Feedback
The dental surgery has received mixed reviews from patients. One patient, Keaza, gave a low rating of 1 star and expressed their discontent with the experience. They used a government voucher for partial plates but were dissatisfied with the service. They mentioned that the trays were shoved into their mouth without explanation, causing them to gag and experience discomfort. The plates did not fit properly and caused bleeding, and the patient had to wait several days for cheek and sore spots to heal. Upon returning for an adjustment, the patient felt that the dentist was unhelpful and did not address their concerns about the bottom plate collecting food underneath it.
In contrast, two patients, Natarsha Brownjohn and Deanne McGeachie, gave high ratings of 5 stars and expressed their satisfaction with the service. They described their experience as "accommodating", "time-efficient", "professional", and "friendly". They appreciated the thorough treatment and attention to detail from the dentist.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
Keaza mentioned that the dental surgery was not as clean as they had hoped, with water leaking onto the floor from the water dispenser. However, there is no mention of cleanliness issues from the other two patients.
Recommendation
Keaza would not recommend the dental surgery due to their poor experience. However, Natarsha Brownjohn and Deanne McGeachie would likely recommend the surgery based on their positive reviews.
