Our company was founded by Gayle Coldwell, her son Brendan Coldwell, and a stable and experienced management team, who have worked tirelessly to build a well-respected and capable safe drilling company operating in all sectors of the market throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific.

Our team includes Gayle Coldwell, our founder and director, who has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company over the past 43 years. Gayle is incredibly proud of her team and the people who have helped her build the company over the years together. We also have Brendan Coldwell, our director and parts and field service support manager, who plays a vital role in the Rockhampton workshop facility support and maintenance services. Brendan has extensive equipment rebuild experience and technical skills that support and maintain our equipment fleet.
