Mixed Reviews for the Hotel
Food and Drink Experiences
Some reviewers had a negative experience with their meals, with Amanda Haebich AlleyJay's partner receiving an overcooked beef schnitzel and Amanda herself getting a cold burger with too much sauce. Tia Villumsen was also disappointed with her burnt schnitzel. On the other hand, some reviewers raved about their meals, such as Pam Weiss who enjoyed perfectly cooked steak and the best chips she's had in years, and Debbie Hancock who had a lovely steak with crispy chips.
Service and Staff
Some reviewers were extremely happy with the service and staff, with Dario Kovacevic, Steph & Naomi K., and Liam Campbell all praising Angie and Bridget's friendly and easygoing service. However, others had a poor experience with the staff, including Amanda Haebich AlleyJay who felt that the manager didn't apologize for their mistakes, and Miss Catalia who was misled and accused of lying by a manager.
Hotel and Accommodation
Clarky had a mixed experience with their stay, with a clean and tidy room but issues with the drink vouchers and a confusing system for ordering beer. Rodger Davidson, on the other hand, enjoyed his spacious and clean room, and found the food to be good and well-priced.
