Our Services
1. Gym & Equipment
Our spacious 870 sqm gym features the latest Technogym cardio and strength equipment, offering diverse options for all fitness levels. Members receive a free body scan, appraisal, and personalized program upon joining.
2. Swimming Pools
Escape to our 25-meter indoor pool, where you can enjoy water running, muscular rehabilitation, or participate in invigorating aqua fitness classes. We also offer dedicated lanes for lap swimming and squad training.
3. Group Fitness
Enjoy over 75 Les Mills and freestyle fitness classes each week, catering to diverse interests and fitness levels. Our modern studio and separate spin studio provide a motivating and inspiring setting for your workout.
4. Sports & Courts
From basketball and netball to futsal and racquet sports, we offer numerous dedicated courts for casual or regular play. Our multi-purpose space can also be booked for private events.
