Surrounded by 16 acres of lush trees and bird life, our motel offers 33 comfortable, well-appointed rooms in a tranquil and relaxed setting.

Our rooms are designed to provide our guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We offer a range of rooms to suit all needs, from Queen and Twin rooms to Executive rooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring that our guests can stay connected while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of our surroundings.
Amenities and Services
In addition to our comfortable rooms, we offer a range of amenities and services to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. Our motel features a guest barbecue area and private walking trail, allowing our guests to take a leisurely stroll through our picturesque surroundings. We also have a wine and champagne lounge, where guests can relax and enjoy a glass of wine or champagne while taking in the beautiful views of the Clare Valley.
Wildlife Encounters
One of the unique experiences that we offer is the opportunity to interact with our wildlife. We have a variety of animals on our property, including kangaroos, galahs, and kookaburras, as well as four pet alpacas that our guests are welcome to feed and photograph. This is a wonderful opportunity to get up close and personal with some of Australia's unique and iconic wildlife.
Restaurant and Bar
While our restaurant and bar are currently closed, we offer a continental breakfast basket service for $15 per person, which includes a selection of spreads, raisin bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, and wholemeal and white toast, as well as a selection of hot beverages. This is a lovely way to start the day, and can be booked in advance by calling us directly on 8842 2799.
Function and Conference Facilities
We also cater to corporate travelers, offering a range of function and conference facilities that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of our guests. Our conference centre is equipped with all the necessary audio-visual equipment and catering services are available upon request. Our experienced Functions Co-ordinator is always happy to assist with any special requests or inquiries.

We have been awarded the Luxury Motel of the Year - Australasia by the International Luxury Travel Guide, as well as the Silver Medallist of the South Australian Tourism Awards 2016. Location
We are located just a short 1.5 hour drive from Adelaide and 1.5 hours south of the Flinders Ranges, making us the perfect stopover on the way to the Flinders Ranges. We are also close to the Riesling Trail and historic townships of Mintaro and Burra, making us the ideal base for exploring the Clare Valley and its surrounds.
