Accommodation Features and Amenities
The apartments have clean and well-presented rooms, with renovated bathrooms to a high standard. The pool area is a highlight, getting sun all day. Some apartments have ocean or marina views, which are great especially in summer as the balconies are in the shade from early afternoon onwards. The interior rooms are a little dated but are clean and comfortable, with free wi-fi and Chromecast-enabled TVs. Some apartments have direct access to the pool.
Location and Accessibility
The apartments are located in the heart of Mooloolaba, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a bus stop. The beach and surf club are also nearby, with a lovely walk along the beach boardwalk. Guests don't need a car to get around, making it an ideal location.
Service and Management
The Resident Managers, Jacqui and Paul, are highly praised for their friendly and welcoming service. They are happy to help with any needs, including providing additional items such as travel cots and high chairs. They have also been known to post lost items back to guests.
Minor Issues
Some guests mentioned minor issues, such as rooms being a little tired, bathrooms needing renovation, and missing amenities like face washers and hand towels. Wi-fi connectivity was also an issue for one guest.
