Unprofessional Tradesmen
Reckless Driving and Unacceptable Behaviour
Two reviewers shared their dissatisfaction with the behaviour of Fredon tradesmen while driving company vehicles. Shaun Primmer witnessed a tradesman in Goulburn, NSW, driving recklessly and erratically, almost hitting another car, and making a vulgar gesture. Dianne Villaret reported a similar incident on the M5, where a tradesman was speeding and cutting through lanes without using an indicator, posing a danger to other drivers.
Respect and Discipline
Both reviewers expressed concern about the lack of company policies and discipline towards tradesmen. They suggested that the company should take action to address this issue and ensure that their representatives do not bring the business into disrepute.
