The majority of reviewers have had outstanding experiences with Dr. Desmond Bowyer and his team at the dental surgery. One reviewer, Bruce Douglas, has a different story to tell, but we'll focus on the positive first.
Patients consistently describe Dr. Bowyer as knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, considerate, and professional. They appreciate his ability to make them feel comfortable and relaxed during procedures. Despite being a long-term client, he was told that the earliest available appointment was not until January 2015 due to his original chosen dentist, Diane, being unavailable. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, the receptionist hung up on him without attempting to find an alternative solution. This lack of compassion and loyalty has led Bruce to never return to the practice again.
