Our story began when HW Freer, the licensee, was granted a publican's license to operate what is now known as Bells Hotel. Loggia is our latest addition to Bells Hotel, offering two levels of hospitality with a rooftop space that boasts the best views of the Melbourne skyline. Loggia will be the first bar of scale to be certified as Carbon Neutral under the Commonwealth's Climate Active Program in Victoria.
