Installation Issues
Several reviewers have shared their disappointing experiences with installing their Hacker kitchens. Vagelis Aidiniou purchased a kitchen from a reseller in Belgium and encountered terrible workmanship. When they contacted Hacker to report the issues, they received no response. Similarly, Babak Ismayil purchased a kitchen in 2012 and has been trying to get faulty units repaired for two years, with no help from Hacker.
Customer Service Concerns
Babak Ismayil has been particularly vocal about his poor experience with Hacker's customer service. He claims that the company has refused to help him fix the faulty units, despite his numerous requests and offers to pay for the repairs. He finds the company's attitude "careless" and feels that it's a black mark on their reputation.
