Questions
Do you service large dog breeds?
We no longer service large+ breeds over 15kg, including German Shepherds and Bulldogs. Bookings for these breeds will be cancelled.
What areas do you cover?
We service Mill Park, Epping, Lalor, South Morang, Thomastown, Wollert, Mernda, and Doreen suburbs only.
What happens if I book a large breed by mistake?
A 50% service fee applies if we attend and find the dog is a large+ breed. Booking fees are non-refundable.
How can I support your animal welfare initiatives?
We donate monthly profits to Lort Smith Animal Hospital and Assistance Dogs Australia. Visit their websites via our donation page to contribute.
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday and Sunday appointments are unavailable.
