Poor Customer Service Experiences
Multiple reviewers have shared their disappointing interactions with the business, citing rude behavior from the staff. In two separate instances, customers were quoted a price for their batteries, only to be refused payment after they were unloaded. One customer was even made to reload the batteries with the help of their 70-year-old husband, despite the staff being present.
Alternative Options
Customers have recommended taking business to Gracemere instead, where they received better service and prices. In one case, a customer received 50c per kg at Gracemere, compared to the quoted price at the original business.
Communication Issues
Another customer expressed frustration at being unable to get in touch with the business to confirm their operating hours.
