Disappointing Experience
Some customers were left feeling frustrated with their experience with IPrimus. Heapscheersjack was initially quoted a good price over the phone, but when it came to payment, they were surprised to find that GST was added when paying with EFTPOS. To make matters worse, the customer was told that a receipt could not be provided at the point of sale. The receipt was supposed to be emailed to the customer, but it never arrived. The customer ended up finding a cheaper option at Bunnings and was not impressed with the sarking foil, which had signs of oxidation from being stored outside in the rain. Shane had a similar issue with the product, finding that it stuck together when unwrapped and left exposed materials behind. The finished product was considered to be shocking.
Excellent Service and Products
On the other hand, some customers had a very positive experience with IPrimus. Brenden Bates rated the company highly, praising the professional team and quality insulation. The installation process was efficient and the staff were friendly and considerate. Mama Italo also had a great experience with IPrimus, finding the customer service to be professional and the pricing excellent. The staff member who visited her home, Greg, was easy to deal with and took photos before and after the installation to show her the results. Gwylym Jones was impressed with the Earthwool insulation batts he purchased from Zia, finding them to be much cheaper than similar products at a well-known hardware store. He praised the company's friendly and helpful staff.
