Reviews
Positive: The reviewers generally praised the staff and services provided by Southern Districts, with some amazing experiences.
Negative: However, Cameron Shire's review highlighted a disappointing and unreliable experience with "halo".

Unreliable Service

Cameron Shire had a terrible experience with "halo" when organizing transport to an operation. Despite being promised transport, no one showed up, leaving his mother to catch buses to get to the hospital on time. He was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of warning or apology for the inconvenience.

Excellent Service and Celebrations

In contrast, Laurye Mills and Stephanie Wheeler had very positive experiences. They celebrated the Day Care Centre's 30th year and praised the lovely people and staff. Stephanie's father, Harry, has been attending the day care three times a week and has received exceptional care and support. Laurye simply wrote that the centre is a great place with lovely people and staff.

Exceptional Care and Support

S. Houghton had an outstanding experience with Southern Districts, particularly with her support worker, Tracey. Tracey went above and beyond to assist S. in living independently and creating a care plan tailored to her needs and disabilities. S. appreciated the human approach and professionalism of the organization.
