Problems with Service
Some customers have had a poor experience with BoxIt, with issues including unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, and unreliability. For example, Denise N. booked a move with BoxIt but was not notified that they would not be operating in December, resulting in her having to organize a new storage solution at short notice. Lahnne also reported difficulty in getting a response from BoxIt after submitting a quote online and contacting them multiple times.
