Initial Impressions
The reviews provide a mixed bag of experiences, with one reviewer having a terrible experience and two others having a very positive experience.
Staff Interaction
The receptionist was a major point of contention, with one reviewer finding them to be rude and invasive, requesting personal details without justification. In contrast, the other two reviewers had very positive interactions with the staff, finding them to be professional, helpful, and prompt in their responses.
Service Efficiency
The efficiency of the service was a highlight for the two positive reviewers, with one stating that their matter was completed in a respectable timeframe and the other mentioning that everything was done promptly. However, the negative reviewer did not get past the initial interaction with the receptionist, so did not experience the service itself.
Recommendations
As a result of their positive experiences, two reviewers would highly recommend Central Coast Family Law for all family law matters on the Central Coast. However, the negative reviewer would not recommend moving forward with the service due to their initial poor experience.
