Our History
Our company was founded in 1973 by Peter Houghton and Paul Meredith, with the goal of meeting the growing demands of civil infrastructure works in the greater Sydney region. Over the decades, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the changing needs of our clients. In the early 1990s, Les and James Meredith joined the company, bringing their expertise and skills to the business. In 2002, James and Les purchased the remainder of the company from Peter, becoming the sole owners. Since then, the Meredith family has continued to build on the company's legacy, broadening our services and strengthening our relationships with clients.

We specialize in the construction of roads, drainage, structural concrete, and sporting fields. Our services are divided into several categories, including:
