From the moment she walked in, she was impressed with the staff's professionalism and willingness to explain everything in simple terms. Paul, in particular, was thorough and reassuring, and his expertise put her at ease. Marg and Neil were also very helpful, with Marg being extremely patient when assisting with frame selection and Neil being knowledgeable during the glasses pickup process.
Frames and Prescription
Kylie was thrilled with her new glasses and the way they made her feel. She had been apprehensive about getting multifocals, but the prescription was perfect, not too strong, which meant no headaches or nausea. She was also impressed with the cleaning and replacement of nose pads on her old glasses.
