Design Faults and Lack of Accountability
The reviewer, Sandra Metcalfe, expresses her disappointment and frustration with the design of her home built by Better Homes in an over 55 resort. Specifically, she highlights two major issues: the placement of the air conditioner motor outside her bedroom window and the kitchen exhaust opposite her sliding doors, which allows cooking smells to enter her home.
