Unprofessional Service and Poor Quality
Several reviewers had a negative experience with VIP Furniture Store. Colleen Breedlove stated that the store was "a joke" and their unprofessional service included lies and fast talking. Gentlelove Me reported fraudulent sale tactics and poor quality products. Michelle Chestnut had a terrible experience with the owner, Josh, who lied about delivery times and hung up on her. Destiney was unhappy with the quality of the bed, which cracked within a month.
