Our story began in 1965 when Ken de Burgh started selling shoes in a large department store in Perth. After 20 years of honing his skills, he decided to take the leap and open his own boutique store, de Burgh's, in 1986. His vision was to provide quality shoes that would stand the test of time, and he carefully selected 15 brands to start with, eventually growing to 25 renowned manufacturers. His son, Leigh, joined the business full-time, bringing a new generation of expertise and enthusiasm.
