We have close links with specialist family law firms, barristers, and accounting firms and other professionals across Australia to ensure that the best outcomes are received for our clients. We are able to arrange appointments outside of normal working hours to accommodate international and interstate clients. Our team of lawyers are up to date with the latest technology to ensure that we are able to communicate with our clients regardless of their location.
Appointments & Costs
We are committed to being upfront with clients in relation to costs. On commencement of each case, clients enter into a Cost Agreement which sets out our terms and conditions and an estimate of legal costs. We provide clients with a monthly itemized account to keep them informed about their costs. Prior to each court date, we provide clients with a costs notification setting out their likely costs for the court appearance until the conclusion of their matter. We appreciate that life is busy and are able to offer clients appointments by Face Time, Skype, Phone and Conference Calls. We keep in touch with clients by email and have found this to be extremely efficient.
