Quality of Rooms
Many reviewers commented on the poor quality of the rooms, with common issues including uncomfortable or dirty beds, small rooms, and outdated decorations. Some rooms were described as having strong smoking odors, moldy smells, and stains on the floors. Only one reviewer, Kathryn Foulkes, had a positive experience with her room, which was upgraded and had a king-size bed, Chesterfield couch, and a huge spa.
Hotel Services

Jonathan Jiang had a good experience with friendly staff, but others reported difficulties checking in, including finding the reception locked and having to wait for someone to let them in. Some reviewers also mentioned issues with the hotel's phone system, with no phone in the room and poor quality in the lobby.
