Design and Construction
In the design stage, we pull together all the information that may affect your brief or our design. We conduct a full site and planning analysis, including preliminary reports for surveying, soil, footing, and engineering. With this information, we finalize a design and costing for the home, allowing you to see a 3D render and floor plans.
Construction
With the design finalized and final pricing confirmed, our specialist team of trades can start creating your dream home. Your dedicated Site manager and Project Coordinator will keep you informed throughout the construction process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

Builder's Performance
The majority of reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with Scott Salisbury's building company, citing unreliable and untrustworthy practices.
Unfinished Projects and Delays
Several reviewers experienced delays and unfinished projects, with one reviewer, Sarah Navarro, still waiting to move into her townhouse after four years and hundreds of thousands of dollars in rent and accommodation costs. Another reviewer, Andrew, mentioned contracts with Tod Pty Ltd and Adelphi Pty Ltd, but didn't receive a response from the company. Rob, who completed an extension with Scott Salisbury, experienced minor issues during the build phase, but was disappointed with the after-sales service, leaving unfinished tasks and small items incomplete.
Poor Communication and Unprofessionalism
Reviewers also reported poor communication, unprofessionalism, and a lack of respect from the company's agents and staff. Shwetha mentioned that the agents at the display houses were snotty and didn't listen to their opinions, while Nicolene Edwards experienced an arrogant and rude agent at the display home.
Disputes and Additional Costs
Jamie reported a $30,000 price increase for revised engineering, which was unexpected and poorly communicated. Jonathan Cheetham's friend had a nightmare experience with the builder, citing problem after problem, and warned others to avoid the company.
One Positive Experience
Nikki, however, had a positive experience with Scott Salisbury, praising their gift of an intimate cooking class for her sister's new home. She appreciated the builder's efforts to look after their clients.
