Our Story
After a number of years as a successful real estate salesperson, Darren decided to apply his experience and prior legal studies to pursue a career in Conveyancing. He relocated successfully to Kippa-Ring in 2003 and established Conveyancing Services Queensland. Over the years, the team has evolved and currently consists of Rodney Buddle (Principal Solicitor), Ronan (Conveyancer), and Gabriella (Reception and Administration). Our team has enjoyed continued growth by providing our clients with a combination of experience and service.
Our Services
At Conveyancing Services QLD, we handle all your conveyancing requirements, including buying, selling, leasing, subdividing, strata titling, or transferring property due to a separation, anywhere in Queensland. Because we specialize in Conveyancing, we can usually handle your requirements quicker and at a better value than a lawyer who specializes in another field. We provide a simple, no-fuss conveyancing service to ensure your transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible. And if there are issues, we can provide the expertise of 20 years of Conveyancing experience to help solve them as quickly as possible.
Our Fees
We attempt to provide a fixed fee service for most residential transactions. After over 20 years of experience solely in Conveyancing, we have seen most of what can happen and have attempted to structure our fees to cover for the normally encountered extensions, negotiations, and delays. However, there are exceptions to what is defined as normal, and we will advise you in advance should your matter escalate.
